The Team

	Anna Anna commenced her working life as a registered nurse in Melbourne. She then moved to London with British Nursing Association (BNA) and worked as an agency nurse, recruitment consultant and finally the manager of the Victoria branch for BNA. After returning to Australia, Anna started her own nursing agency called Care Nursing. This business was highly regarded as providing outstanding customer service and was acquired by a national company. Bringing great organisational skills and a passion for customer service, Anna now enjoys working at St Kilda Stayz.
	Monica Monica commenced her working life as a foreign relations customer service operator with the National Australia Bank. She then moved to a major International Airline, becoming over time, Sales and Customer Service Manager for Australia. Her service skills were highly trained in Germany and elsewhere. After some 20 years in that post she retired and purchased one of Australia's leading independent bookshops, which business she enjoyed for some 15 years. As well as her devotion to superior customer service, she is fluent in three European languages and delights in helping our overseas visitors.
	Tina After training as a dental nurse in London, Tina held a number of PA roles in Recruitment and Advertising. In the past 7 years, Tina has worked as a Corporate Travel Consultant in Elwood and has extensive experience and contacts with both Ex-pat residents and overseas corporate travellers. As a keen traveler, Tina understands the need for good quality, affordable accommodation and enjoys welcoming visitors to St Kilda.
