Me and hubby had a wonderful time staying in Beach House on Grey!! Its a cosy unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We met Tina and shes really friendly!!! Beach house on Grey is really clean, the kitchen is fully equipped and the apt is just within walking distances to the nearby shops and even the beach...it only took us 10-15 mins drive to Bourke St, DFO and also Harbourtown! We definitely recommend anyone to try this unit!! Thanks Tina, Anna and Pernilla for your prompt and friendly service!

Anna was absolutely lovely, our plane was early & she was happy to give us the keys early & met us with a bottle of champers to celebrate our marriage. The unit was smaller than we expected (although plenty of space to unpack for the week instead of living out of suitcases) & could do with a bit of an upgrade but it's very comfortable & clean. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped. Also very central to Acland St & tram stops without being too close to the town centre. They were very quick to do the inspection & return the bond as well. I would certainly recommend Beach House on Grey for the budget conscious couple who don't need a lot of space. We will definitely use St Kilda Stayz again!

Had a lovely stay at the beach house on Grey. Perfect for a couple and has all you need for a comfortable stay and the price was really good for the quality. Location is great, a quick walk to the bay and transport to the City. Also Tina and Monica were really friendly and helpful which made for a better stay as well. I would stay here again..Thanks!
