The service offered by St Kilda Stayz was exceptional, very friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Very kindly dropped the keys off and met us on Christmas Day. The flat was functional and clean.

A lovely place to stay that is quiet and close to St Kilda beach, transport, and shops. We had no trouble getting around Melbourne. St Kilda is a wonderful town that is great for eating, shopping, or just strolling through. The sunset is an added bonus and is one of the few places you can see a sunset on the eastern side of Australia. Our hosts were very helpful, friendly, and prompt to reply to any queries. Thank you!

Monica and the Stayz staff were a pleasure to deal with and understanding of our special requests. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, affordable and in a prime St Kilda location close to the beach and transport to the city. I wholeheartedly recommend Stayz to anyone needing respite during renovations, or of course, holidaying in beautiful Melbourne.

We stayed in Unit 2 with a 4-month old for 10 nights and found the accommodation a real pleasure. The location is walking distance (i.e. genuinely only 150-200 metres) from the vibe and food on Acland and Fitzroy Streets - even closer to the beach and Sunday market along the Esplenade. Furthermore, both Tina and Anna (who were our contact points) were very helpful and responsive to our needs. We would recommend staying at the Beach House to all our friends...especially during summer!

We stay here for a month every year and have always found it a wonderful and enjoyable experience. Tina and Anna are both very helpful and great people to deal with! I highly recommend this!! The outside area is so nice and St. Kilda is my fav. place in Melbourne!

Stayed for 9 nights at Beach House on Ackland and could not have asked for a better place to stay. Less than 100 metres to the tram stop and when bored of exploring the city it is only a 5 min walk to the beach. Too many restaurants and bars within a 5 min walk to try them all so will have to return to finish them. Highly recommended

apartment is in perfect location - quiet, safe street that is seconds from the beach and a few minutes walk to the heart of st kilda. The apartment is modern and clean and fully kitted out. I fully recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to stay in st kilda!! Thanks tina and anna for your hospitality!

Thank you for walking an extra mile and placing my veggies in the fridge.That was very nice of you!Saved me a few dollars on groceries. "I have just finished touring the world-UK,France,Monaco,Monte Carlo,Spain,Greece,Russia and Kazakhstan-so there is something to compare St Kilda Stayz with. It was truly a warm welcome and I felt a personal human touch.The hosts Anna and Tina looked after me like a member of their family". I stayed at 3 of their properties, Wimmera,Marine and Neptune.
