Excellent well equipped property within easy walking distance of the beach, Luna Park and the restaurants of Ackland St. Jump on the tram and you are in the CBD in 10 mins. Service was fantastic, the ladies were super accommodating , nothing was a bother. Would stay here again.

The Beach House on Eildon is a great place to stay. The apartment is very comfortable and big enough for 4 adults. Added to this is the great location (quiet, leafy and close to everything you need including public transport) with the added bonus of a lovely pool and the beach just minutes away! Great value. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, perfect for our family of 4. Kids loved the pool and was easy walking distance to restaurants, beach and Luna Park. Very clean and beds were comfortable which is always a bonus! Would definitely recommend and will stay again next time we are heading into the city. Nice change from big hotel chain and Tina was very helpful! Thanks for a great stay.

Anna and Tina were very easy to deal with. The location was terrific. Very handy to Acland Street,the Esplanade,Fitzroy Street and trams. Very close to it all but felt like a world away from the hustle and bustle. Great to come home to a quiet spot to wind down after a day out. Apartment suited us and our eight year old son well. The apartment included everything that we needed when it came to the laundry, kitchen and living room. We will definitely be calling again when we next have to stay in Melbourne.

We enjoyed our stay in the Beach House on Eildon, which is within very short and pleasant walking distance to both Fitzroy and Acland Sts, in the heart of St Kilda. The tram stop was only a couple of minutes away, so we had no need to rent a car. We were spoilt for choice when it came to eateries, all very close by. The accommodation was clean, quiet, well equipped and very comfortable. Anna and Tina were extremely helpful. We will use St Kilda Stayz again when we are next in Melbourne.

This apartment is clean and very comfortable. With all the amenities of home. Its in a perfect location, just minutes from the beach, Acland and Fitzroy street. The ladys at St Kilda stayz were extremely friendly and helpful. I will definately recommend this company to friends and family. Great place to stay, very comfy, everything you could want from a stay, they will go out of their way to help you with any problem, no matter how minor it may be, very helpful ladies running the accomodation and more importantly very cheap. For what you get you cant get better value anywhere in melbourne. Cheap normally means they concede on things, well not at St Kilda Stayz, not at all. Highly recommend!! This place was great, will be even better come summer when the pool and spa are open and can be used!! Come and enjoy this place if you are looking for somewhere to stay!!

Comfortable and extremely well equipped apartment - everything you need particularly as a family with young children. We felt very at home which was very important being there for Christmas. Thank you for the wonderful service that we received from St. Kilda Stayz. Immigrating is a very stressful time in any ones lives and one tends to make decisions under pressure. Decent accommodation is especially important when one has young children to take into consideration and the fact that we could arrange for a place to stay from South Africa was especially comforting. Both facilities that we stayed in (Eildon Street and Blessington Street) were clean, tidy and perfectly suited to our needs especially with regards to public transport and Internet connection.
