We stayed in this appartment for 2 weeks before moving into the appartment on Acland street while we were looking for a place to call home here in Victoria. We loved this place. Very cosy, perfectly located. It felt like home, and we hadn't been home for almost 2 years. The ladies were amasing too. Thanks Tina and Anna for everything!! We are now Melbourne residents and would definitely recommend this place and StKildaStayz to people visiting.

Lovely and clean apartment in a quiet area. The location is also perfect as its close to everything. We were very happy with the staff at St Kilda Stayz. We will definitely be using this company again when we stay in Melbourne next time.

Ideal for our purposes. Quiet spot but in a great location for beach and shops both being minutes away. Every time we needed help our enquiry was dealt with speedily and efficiently and nothing was too much trouble.

Enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Very clean and comfortable. We were sad to leave as it had become 'home' for a month. Great location for trams and shops. nicely decorated apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Situated close to St Kilda beachfront ,trams and Ackland St only a short walk away .Quiet street but yet near enough to the amenities and the buzz of St Kilda ! Ideal for a couple visiting Melbourne as a base to explore this wonderful city.Thought St Kilda Stayz give a very good personal service -our contact Tina was most helpful and really friendly

Thanks so much Anna we had a fabulous time in St Kilda, - Luna Park was a HUGE winner for our girls, as was the icecream and cakes!!! I loved Readings Book Shop, and Il forniao cafe. Unfortunately the Adventure Playground was closed for the Christmas week (opens again tomorrow...!!) Loved the community garden. The apartment was great, - excellent position, clean and comfortable for us all.  Thanks for finding a way to accommodate us in the relatively small space at short notice. And let's not forget the welcoming champers, - what a gorgeous gesture.  It was very well received!!!!! We will definitely contact you again for more accommodation needs in the future. Dear St Kilda Stayz, We enjoyed our stay immensely at Spenser St, St Kilda.Everything we needed for our 2 week stay was provided and facilities within the apartment are all of high quality.The location is perfect with all that one requires at your door-step. The apartment was very nice, clean and bright. The linens were of high quality. The queen size bed was very comfortable. The location of this apartment can't be beat. It is quiet, but only a few steps from busy Acland Street. The supermarket is also just a few steps away. Great location!! We look forward to another stay next year.

I had a fabulous two weeks in St Kilda and thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Spencer Street. The location was perfect for the beach, cafes and shops and the apartment was perfect for coming home to after a long, hectic and tiring day. The apartment was located in a quiet residential area opposite the Peanut Reserve. I was lucky to be able to visit the Farmers Market which happens once a month during my stay. I'm well gutted that I missed the St Kilda Festival though, as I had returned home the week before :-(. It was my first time in Australia and I was a bit apprehensive about travelling so far on my own, but it was well worth it. Anna, Monica and Tina were brilliant from the moment I booked with St Kilda Stayz till the moment I returned to the UK. I will definitely be booking with them again in the future. Keep doing what you do guys as you do it so well!

We spent a very happy 3 months at 14/29 spenser st It was well appointed, clean and ideally situated for shops, beach, trams, Luna Park and in our case the walk to Elwood. In addition the other residents in the block were friendly and helpful as were St Kilda Stayz. We would certainly recommend this accommodation and would use it again.

Ideally located for the beach, Luna Park, Acland Street and access to public transport - you couldn't ask for better. The apartment is at the back of the block guaranteeing peace and quiet for when you watch DVD's on that big flat screen TV! I would highly recommend St Kilda Stayz to anyone, Tina and Anna are great to deal with, highly efficient and personable. Much appreciated!

Fantastic location, spacious enough to accommodate 2 adults and a child on a roller bed. Although there is no verandah/balcony, this was great value!!

Lovely comfortable, clean and homely apartment in a great location. 5 mins from shops and beach and yet in nice quiet setting. Not forgetting warm welcome and great service from Anna and Tina at Stayz.
