This huge 2 bedroom apartment is located just off the Esplanade in the heart of St Kilda.  Boasting sea views, this second floor apartment is filled with light. Newly renovated it includes a designer kitchen, open plan lounge, polished timber floors,stylish bathroom and laundry facilities. A dinning room with great views (can also be used as a third bedroom with a double bed Ottoman). and car park make this a perfect place for a corporate stay or upmarket holiday let.

The master bedroom has a luxury queen size bed and built in robe. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds which may also be made up as a King size bed.

To keep things comfortable, the apartment has leather lounges and air conditioning.To relax the apartment has a 42" HDTV with digital tuner, DVD player and Stereo. Broadband internet connection is available on request. While its great to be in the heart of the action, noise can be a problem. Enter the front door of this apartment and you are greeted with a quiet and peaceful space to relax and recharge.


LOCATION AND AREA

Located on Robe Street near the corner of the Upper Esplanade. Acland Street with its restaurants and bars and the beach are within 100m. A park across the road for a stroll and tram to the CBD make this one of the most hip locations in St Kilda.

Located 5 km from Melbourne CBD, St Kilda is a vibrant, beachside cosmopolitan suburb. A tram on your door steps takes you to the CDB in around 15 minutes.

Modern, clean and fantastic location. Quick and easy walk to St Kilda's Acland Street, Luna Park and the Esplanade. I could not have asked for a better apartment for our family of 6 to stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wanted to be walking distance to the sights of St Kilda.

The unit is in a fabulous position near St Kilda beach and cafes, plus close to trams. We had a great time there attending the Aus Open tennis, going to restaurants, shopping and seeing friends. Inside, it is well maintained and had plenty of room for the 6 of us. Wireless internet availability was also a hit. Beds were comfortable, and place was clean. The Stayz team were also excellent: very prompt to confirm booking, meet us at the apartment, explain things and refund our deposit at the end.

Great location, well set-up unit. Very close to tram and many types of restaurants/bakeries on Acland Street. Did not go to the beach because we live on the Gold Coast but really close. Very happy and managers really helpful and friendly. Would certainly stay there again.

After travelling for nearly 2 weeks out of our suitcase it was so nice to unpack! We had a wonderful stay of 8 nights in a very comfortable and beautiful apartment with a great view. Lots of space, our 2 children could come over and stay as well which was nice. Everything was available, we didn't miss anything. You could easily live there for a couple of months and enjoy St.Kilda and Melbourne. Beach nearby, shops around the corner, perfect location. And don't forget the tram, you can't miss it, the easy way to go to the City Centre. It is a bit far away but we would love to come again. You never know!!

We've had a great time at this appartment on Robe 2 - great facilities, lots of space and all the mod cons you could want, including huge flat-screen TV for the kids. We've been very comfortable while on holiday and everyone at St Kilda Stayz is so helpful, it makes everything easy. A perfect Christmas in a perfect apartment. 16/2a Robe Street was spacious, with it's 3 huge bedrooms and large open plan kitchen/living area. Ideal location, right on St Kilda beach, with ocean views from the balcony. A short 5 minute walk onto Acland street and even closer to the 16 and 96 tram stop. Anna and all from St Kilda Stayz went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. From the prompt and professional booking process to the greet and meet at the property on the morning of our arrival from Interstate, we could not fault anything! We not only highly recommend but also hope to come back soon.

If you want an apartment that is close to the action; cafes & bars are < 5 minute walk, tram stop < 2 minute walk, quiet & peaceful, accross the road from the beach, spacious kitchen, dining, lounge, master bedroom & bathroom - look no further. Beach House on Robe 2 is the perfect location. We stayed for 8 nights (4 adults) & will return again 1 day - perhaps for the tennis. Thanks to the team at St Kilda Stayz for making everything so easy.
